The Papermoon Diner in Baltimore is just a few blocks from Johns Hopkins. Outside, Green Forkhead Man greets Papermoon diners, riding triumphantly on his blue and pink cow. Once inside, the menu is chock full of diner classics, all day breakfast items, and world-class milkshakes. The great food is overshadowed by an even more unbelievable designscape of plastic toys, mannequins, Pez dispensers, little toy soldiers and more – so much more!
Not surprisingly, the Papermoon website is equally fantastic!
The artist behind the Papermoon designscape has also opened a new antique shop in Baltimore called the Parisian Flea. Not surprisingly, it looks equally eclectic and unexpected. No word yet on whether or not the Parisian Flea will be serving omelets and amazing milkshakes alongside the antiques.
